Terms of Service

Acceptance of terms

  • By accessing or using the Operator HQ website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
  • If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
  • We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Services

  • Operator HQ provides AI-assisted operational diagnostics and AI agent deployment services for owner-operated businesses.
  • The Friction Report is a one-time diagnostic deliverable produced from a 30-minute voice interview and AI-assisted analysis.
  • Retainer services include ongoing AI agent deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Service availability and scope may change. We will notify customers in advance of material changes to active engagements.

Payment and billing

  • The Friction Report assessment fee is $2,000, charged at booking via Stripe.
  • The full assessment fee is credited toward any subsequent Operator HQ deployment or retainer.
  • Retainer pricing is published on the retainer page and billed monthly in advance.
  • All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card information.
  • Retainers may be cancelled with 30 days notice. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Refund policy

  • If the Friction Report does not surface at least three quantified opportunities, we refund the assessment fee in full.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of report delivery.
  • Retainer fees are non-refundable once the monthly cycle has begun.

Client responsibilities

  • Clients agree to provide accurate information during the diagnostic interview.
  • Clients are responsible for granting necessary access to their existing tools and systems for deployed agents and automations to function.
  • Clients agree to participate in monthly review calls during active retainers.

Intellectual property

  • All Friction Reports, custom agents, and automations delivered to clients become the property of the client upon final payment.
  • Operator HQ retains the right to use anonymized insights from engagements to improve our diagnostic methodology.
  • The Operator HQ brand, methodology, software platform, and underlying tooling remain the exclusive property of Operator HQ.

Confidentiality

  • We treat all client business information as confidential.
  • We will not share client-specific findings, recordings, or transcripts with third parties without explicit written consent, except as required by law.
  • Voice interview recordings are retained for 12 months after report delivery, then permanently deleted.

Limitation of liability

  • Operator HQ services are provided as-is. We make no guarantees about specific business outcomes.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees paid by the client in the preceding 12 months.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

  • Either party may terminate an active retainer with 30 days written notice.
  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend service for breach of these terms or non-payment.
  • Upon termination, deployed agents and automations remain operational under the client's accounts and tools.
